We’re outta here!

I will be out of the office from Thursday to Sunday for the holiday weekend. Instead I’ll be standing on the battlefield at Gettysburg watching a reenactment of the battles there! I’m crazy excited, I’ve never been! The only thing is….it’s supposed to rain. booooooo. Let’s hope it doesn’t!

If you urgently need to contact me about your gallery or your session, please call my cell number at 317 508 1980. Be forewarned: I may not hear it ring with all the cannons firing.  For reals.

Happy 4th of July!

phhbbbttttt…or however raspberries are spelled

Sneak peek of E.’s 2nd session from his baby plan! He’s 10 months old, and blowing raspberries like crazy, from what his mom says.

I took it just for fun, because it was so cute the way he was doing it!

el pollo loco!

Errr….wha? I know, I know. Odd title for a sneak peek, huh? But it actually has some significance. What word or phrase do you say to your loved one to get them to give you a big ol’ grin, or a belly laugh. Something silly, right? Exactly. For the R. family, it was ‘El Pollo Loco’. And it truly was hilarious. They had me CRACKING. UP. with the way they were saying El Pollo Loco…..even the littlest one, at only 2 years old, was shouting it to make each other smile. And it worked…what a awesome, fun family!

some sneak peeks

Had T.’s newborn session today. He was a cute little guy, and ALERT! He would not sleep for me for ANYthing, but he had the most expressive face, so I was okay with that!

Thanks for letting me come into your home and share in the first week or so of little T.’s life!

Isn’t she a pretty new mama?  She just has a GLOW!   Is that from the big chunk of sleep you got, P?

toothless wonder

maggieblogjunea.png

For those playing along at home, Maggie had her front teeth extracted last week. She broke them back in March, and the pediatric dentists recommended extraction, mostly because she is a thumb sucker and therefore constantly is at risk for infection (by putting her thumb in her mouth when it might have bacteria or germs on it). She did awesome…and we did a tooth fairy celebration, which she loved.

couple more…

Here are some of G. from today.  Isn’t she adorable?  She’s the little one down below with the super squishy face.  She made us work for the pictures, but boy did she reward us when I got them.  Whew!  You’re a workout, girl!

i can’t get enough…

I can’t get enough snuggles with my new nephew Gabriel.  I love newborn photography, and I love it even more when my sister comes up to Indianapolis from Kentucky so I can photograph HER newborn.  To.Die.For.

i’m this old!

L. came in for her 3 month session of her baby plan. I was lucky enough to take her newborn pictures too. I just love watching these babies grow up!

I’m glad I was quick enough to catch her and her little gesture…too fitting for a 3 month session!

Meet H.

H. was a little angel today! Even though he wasn’t as sleepy as we wanted, we still got a couple moments of sweet slumber. And when he wasn’t sleeping, he was peacefully awake! What more could you ask for in a brand-new baby? He’s gorgeous, guys…I’m so glad you signed up for the baby plan too, because I can’t wait to see him grow up over the next year!
